Services:
Moving Mountains, Inc. provides Med-Waiver Services to improve the quality of life and outcomes for individuals with disabilities. The central theme of our Agency is "Advocacy," defined and developed through the supports provided to the Individuals we serve. Our services help the Individual to become increasingly independent which elevates their confidence level and strengthens the desire for the Individual to
achieve their life visions and goals.

Support Professionals
Requirements:
All Support Professionals undergo a complete background check and are trained in CPR/First Aide, Advocacy, HIPPA, Health and Safety, Person Centered Planning, Individual Services Training, Intro. To DD, etc..
Background: Support Professionals have two [2] years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals or home health care, with varying backgrounds to ensure the highest quality of services to meet the specific requirements of the individuals we serve. This includes backgrounds in the health care field, school system, experience in developmental disabilities, and family members of individuals with D.D.
